WHY I WROTE THE BOOK
As a photography instructor and guide, my main goal is to help people to make better images of their travels, whether venturing around the world or around the corner. This book is based on the classes I’ve developed and have taught, in one form or another, to over 1,000 people and counting.
This information has been gleaned from my over 30 years of experience having documented my travels around the world to more than 40 countries on 6 continents. I’m confident that through these practical tips and hints, and the many representative images that accompany them, the reader will be able to recognize and capture more and better photo opportunities, and in turn, be able to bring back higher quality images from his or her travels.
